I am renting an unfurnished room that is an upstairs bedroom with a personal bathroom inside of the room. Utilities include: washer/dryer that’s located outside the bedrooms, internet, and electric. This gated ommunity is close to various shopping areas, including being 10 minutes away from Brandon Mall.

It’s my townhome. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is another roommate, a quiet male (my uncle), besides myself. But he will be downstairs, and is a truck driver (so he’s rarely at the house). So, they’ll be 3 of us. Everyone is older than 40 and are hard workers. A small open kitchen and living room space. Must be tidy and clean. Very quiet area. NO COUPLES, PLEASE. Preferably FEMALE!
