The room is at the far end of the second floor, where you’ll have plenty of privacy. The It’s spacious (14’ 6“ x 12“), and has a walk-in closet. The window overlooks the back yard and has amazing sunset vistas. The ensuite bathroom is private.

As for the home, it’s a 2,100 sqft house built in 2020 with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen, all of which you’ll have access to. Modern appliances for your food and laundry needs included. The back yard is spacious and fenced, for when you need time to unwind. You can park your car in the driveway.

The community is fairly new, and all homes are contemporary. It’s a quiet area with plenty of room to roam. There’s also a small park three houses away.

All utilities included in rent, including fast fiber internet!

Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets.

My wife and I work from home. We tend to keep to ourselves, but we’re down to hang out a bit in the evenings.

The house is quiet all day since I have meetings and whatnot.

I’m also an introvert, so I’m not really into loudness. Please, no loud music, parties, or large gatherings. The occasional guest is welcomed. :) I’ll have a friend or two over every now and then, but usually, the house is quiet.
