This is a premium accommodation (12.5’ X 13’ - 162 sq ft) in a prestigious home in a quiet safe neighborhood, with water views and included weekly cleaning of the shared marble bathroom and bi-weekly cleaning of your room. This is a rare situation for the right person.

Details: Fully furnished (including fine linens and towels) air conditioned room with new queen bed with luxury mattress, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, new 32“ Samsung Smart TV, nice workspace with new desk, large closet and shared bath (with other guests from time to time) on the 3rd floor of large family home off Long Island Sound (bedclothes and towels included). There is NO access to the household’s kitchen (we know for some this is a deal breaker, and if it is this is not the place for you). As there is a shared common front entrance and main stairway in the house so we ask for quiet time between 11PM-6:30AM. Easy access to in home washer/ dryer. The rent includes all utilities and strong 200Mbps up/down WiFi. Walk to Mamaroneck beach, train station and downtown. Easy and safe street parking.

Mary and Dana are the homeowners of going on 25+ years. Our children grew up in the home and have since relocated. The room was originally used by our live-in nanny. We have been blessed with several long term tenants over the years who we still stay in touch with.
