I own the home. It’s a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly. It’s walking distance to a main road with bars and restaurants. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Inner Harbor. There’s a garage, driveway and it’s on a one-way street, so there is plenty of parking. It’s an old home with lots of upgrades: new roof, new windows, new hvac, new kitchen, new bathrooms. You’d have the basement room + den + your own bathroom. Shared areas: kitchen, dining and living room. I have a dog, so you should be a dog-lover but cannot have any pets of your own.
