Lacey's room

It’s a private downstairs bedroom with your own big bathroom right across the hall. It is furnished with a queen bed and dresser. Private entrance and a large common room with a couch, TV, and pool table, and a covered patio. The shared kitchen is upstairs and there is a huge deck where you can enjoy the sunshine! Close to grocery, drugstore, and restaurants and about 8 minutes to the freeway, or a quick walk to bus stop.

My husband and I live upstairs with our 1 year old little boy, and our very friendly cat who roams up and downstairs. We’re pretty easy going, we like to have friends over occasionally, and get out and play whenever possible. There is also 1 female roommate downstairs who is also laid back and friendly. we are all in our mid 30’s, responsible and mature and looking for the same, we hang out and mingle but are respectful of each other’s personal space.
