Hello! STUDENTS ONLY. I had a room in one of the 4 bedroom floor plans, so the apartment is shared with 3 other really cool females and youd share a bathroom with one her name is allison. The bedroom includes a closet with dresser strorage, a full size bed, underbed storage and a huge desk. The living area and kitchen are all new and fully furnished. Rent is $970/m +$7 for laundry. Laundy is 2 floors below and is a really cool and clean set up with an amazing veiw of denver out the window. You also have access to a roof top pool area and a really big gym. The lofts are located on 14th st in the heart of denver with everything in walking distance. All utilities ARE included.

There are 3 other females ages 19 to 21. They’re the most down to earth people I’ve ever met. 1 smokes but totally respects if you don’t considering the other 2 do not. They all work and go to school so minding your own business is very easy but when you feel like hanging out they are there.
