This is a townhouse with two floors. The kitchen, dining, and living room are downstairs. The bedrooms are upstairs and separated by a full bath.
All the shopping centers like Walmart, Target, Costco, Wegmans and etc are just minutes away. The Airport is 10 minutes away. You only 2 miles from 66, great for ppl who works in Fairfax, Manassas, Chantilly, Gainesville, and places nearby. It’s a great location and room for an individual who wants to relax and stay focused. I will be available to show you the room on a weekday between 5 pm to 8 pm and afternoon or evening on weekends with 24-hour heads up.

I understand how Privacy is important for both parties. I do not drink, smoke, and do not allow my friends overnight staying, and expect the same from you. The dining, living room, and kitchen are furnished and equipped. There are two parking spots available. The bathroom is shared. The roommate is expected to be clean and neat. Make sure to clean after using the bathroom.
