Washer/Dryer in home. Ample on-street parking in front of house. Monthly rent includes all utilities and internet (100 Mb/s, wireless). Housekeeper comes weekly to clean bathrooms and common areas (included in rent).
Deposit: First Month’s Rent ($775), plus $775 refundable Last Month’s Rent due at move-in.
