Each housemate will have his own private bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. Pictures show bedrooms with queen size bed, but rooms can also come un-furnished. Washer/Dryer in home. Ample on-street parking, and arrangements can be made for 1 housemate to have garage parking. Monthly rent includes utilities and internet (100 Mb/s, wireless). Rules: No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no marijuana, no vaping (inside or out). Alcohol and occasional overnight guests are okay. Deposit: First Month’s Rent, plus $600 refundable deposit due at move-in.
