About the room
Located near Bonds Ranch, right off 287! House offers easy access to the highway (287/35), making your commute a breeze.
You’ll love the spacious covered patio, complete with a grill and comfy furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is fully furnished, except for your room, but don’t worry—I have an extra bed available if you need one.
Rent is $700 per month (utilities not included), and we’ll split utilities and internet costs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you need.
My biggest rules are simple: be hygienic and clean up after yourself. Please don’t leave a mess in the kitchen or common areas.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate, and at this time, I am not accepting any more pets.
