I have a bedroom in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment available now. Utilities: Water and Trash $60, Wifi $30 and Pg&e depends but averages around $60 per person but can be higher or lower depending on if we use the AC in the summer. The room is 10’x12’, with a large wall to wall closet, unfurnished, easily fits a queen bed, dresser and nightstand. I could maybe furnish you with a queen bed if needed. The apartment is pretty well furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is on site and takes debit/credit cards. Walking distance to everything! About two blocks from Broadway Plaza, bars and restaurants, 15 min walk/ 5 min drive to BART,

Female, in my 30’s, super easy going, work full-time in the office. Pretty mellow during the week, usually gone on the weekends. I have a small dog that I take to work with me everyday. He goes pretty much everywhere with me. I am not home a lot so you’d have the place to yourself a lot. *The cat in the picture no longer lives here.
