One dog may be permitted on a case by case basis. I have a cat that is extremely friendly toward people, but can take some time to warm up to other animals (this should not be an issue if your dog is well trained). A $300 pet security deposit will be required, along with $30 per month for pet rent. You will be expected to clean up after your dog (both fur and waste) on a timely basis.

~About the home~
This home has a very modern look with an open concept design and has plenty of natural lighting throughout.
Upstairs, this home has one bedroom with its own bathroom, a spacious kitchen, great room, dining area, a furnished office/library room, a mudroom with a washer and dryer, street parking located close to the house, and a finished, landscaped backyard with a lovely mountain view.
The finished basement includes natural lighting throughout with egress windows, a recreation room/area with a pool table and darts, theater room, two bedrooms (both with egress windows) that share a two-sink bathroom, a wet bar, and a storage/utility room with an extra fridge (unfinished).
All in all, this is a truly beautiful home, and it deserves renters that will take care of it like itโs their own.
About the roomies
~Current roommates~
I currently have two male roommates, and am seeking one more roommate (any gender). We get along very well and coexist seamlessly. I would love nothing more than to find more roommates that can help me continue this healthy home environment.
I also have a cat, Leo. Heโs objectively the coolest cat youโll ever meet, and gets along with everyone. Heโs a very social animal. He has not caused any allergic reactions in anyone thatโs been around him that has cat/pet allergies.
~What Iโm looking for in a roommate~
At this time, I am unable to rent to couples, families, or anyone with children (regardless of custody). I am also looking to occupy my home with roommates in their 20s and 30s, as Iโm 30 myself.
I am looking for roommates that are good about keeping their area clean, will clean up after themselves, and are willing to take initiative to do chores around the house. I am very particular about having a clean home.
I am also looking for roommates that are comfortable with addressing issues before they grow into something that could have been avoided, and can handle being a part of these conversations. Iโm a very straightforward person, and expect the same level of courtesy out of my roommates.
I will interview all possible renters first, then allow my current roommates to meet you and ask any questions that they may have.
Iโm into snowboarding, disc golfing, poker, exploring the state (nature and cities), and trying new things. Finding a new roommate thatโs into similar things is not a requirement, but could be fun for all of us.
