We’re a couple of spectacular 40-something women in a household that is both fun-loving and orderly. We are both burners and professionals and our household is very kind. It’s also a below-market rental, with permanent rent control administered by MEDA. We’re 2 blocks from 24th St Bart, and we’ve got a backyard garden and a tiny (but well-loved) back porch area.
