Hello, I am offering a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for $800/month! Rent includes utilities and wifi. We prefer having a tenant that is interested in a long-term stay. You will have access to all common areas of the house, including the laundry room. The house is located in a subdivision called Mar Bella. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood.
