Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2017/2018 school year starting in August at Suites on Paseo. It’s a dorm style luxury double room but both spots are open if two people are in need of a room. Amenities include a 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour laundry room, tanning salon, private movie theater, Zen gardens, hot tub Jacuzzi, and private covered parking. Also there’s a bistro in the main building that servers tasty meals, all you can eat. The room will come fully furnished with a private bathroom, high ceilings, flat screen tv, a small fridge and microwave, and wifi and cable!! All utilities are included in the rate so only one easy payment is needed. Twice a month housekeeping comes and cleans. This place is very convenient and on the outskirts of campus, perfect for those days when you’re running late. If you don’t have a roommate in mind the leasing office will match you up someone.
