Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my share of the lease for a really great 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Capitol Hill ASAP. The bedroom is super spacious and the apartment as a whole has tons of closet space and light. There are also rooftop amenities that offer 360 degree views of the city and mountains. Rent is a max of $950 per month with utilities, but oftentimes less. Street parking is not difficult, but parking in a garage is available for an extra monthly fee.
About the roomies
My roommate’s name is Tukano, she’s 24, and really fun and a good roommate. She loves to dance, cook, and listen to music. The only reason I’m moving out is because I’m moving into my own apartment, but we remain friends. She’s looking for a female around her age who has a good energy and she can be friendly with. Need someone to fill the room ASAP
