Paul's room

Hello! My name is Paul. I live in a 5 bedroom house with 3 other roommates (2 males, 1 female.) I’m looking to rent out the other room. I am a professional with a schedule of Monday-Friday with weekends and holidays off. I enjoy a lively house with people to talk to. About the property: The $800 rent is a flat rate, meaning all utilities are paid with it. The rent/room includes; electricity, heating/AC, water, trash/recycle, internet (for you nerdy types like me, it’s 1GBS up/down, with a Tri-Band router 2.4GHZ x 1, 5.0GHZ x 2 wireless, IPV4 and IPV6, plenty of bandwidth.) I do not have cable TV (who does these days?) but I am open to you procuring it at your own expense should you desire it. In addition, I have the house cleaned, including all bedrooms/bathrooms every other week. On your birthday month, I reduce your rent by $100 ($700) as a birthday present.

My roommates and I are avid gamers, but we enjoy the occasional barbecue with friends.
