Looking for someone to fill my spot in this great room with a shared bathroom in a 3b/2ba. Room is on the back end of a first floor unit, less than 5 minutes walk to the subway. Rent is $888/month. Utilities are about $60/month or less and divided evenly between roommates.

Looking for another person to join the lease. I will not be able to move out completely until Labor Day weekend, so flexible dates to discuss!

We re-signed the lease for a 3rd time in April, so this lease is up at the end of April 2021. Option to renew then. I’ve lived there nearly 2 years so happy to answer any questions you may have. Only leaving due to COVID and moving back home. This room is the second biggest in the unit, and the rent is split unevenly based on space size, but paid together.

Due to not being in the unit, I do not have any pictures with furniture, but I have a full-sized bed (available for sale if needed!), a desk and shelves in the room - tight squeeze but it works! Double door closet with shelving space. The living room + kitchen area is fully furnished with a brand-new couch, TV, barstools, etc. If you are interested my roommates can send a video of the unit.
