About the room
I currently live in The Williamsburg Apt complex in a 2 bedroom/ 2 BA apartment. My roommate that was with me for the first year is moving out for school purposes and looking to find another great roommate.
The apt is a great size! Your large bedroom has a huge walk in closet, bath with double sink vanity and garden tub, granite counter in kitchen, balcony and ample parking.
The complex has a pool, Club house/ computer room and gym If you’re interested! Neighbors are all nice as well and dog friendly with it being gated.
About the roomies
I actually have this apt as a second place for work so I’m only here about half the time so you’d pretty much feel like you have your own place!
I use it as a crash pad and looking for someone that’s clean, laidback, honest and is able to pay rent without any difficulties. I do have a pup that will stay with me when I’m here.. she’s a yr and a half yr old, 20lb Aussie Doodle and loves everyone she meets!
