Daniel's room

The is a master bedroom, with large bathroom and walk-in closet. It is the whole upstairs of the house so you will be somewhat on your own, though the kitchen and living room areas are shared. The room comes with a king-sized bed and a large adjustable desk, a large wall mounted TV, several tables and a mini fridge. The house has central AC, but there is also a window unit to remain in controls of the upstairs temperatures. The room has large windows that let a lot of light in during the day and is equipped with blackout curtains for night. This setup was put together for myself as I have been working from home, but I am now moving to Denver and looking to rent it out to a responsible Tennant. All utilities are included in the rent.

There are 3 other members of the house. Everyone is respectful of common areas and easy to get along with. Reach out if you feel like this room might be a good fit.
