We are a 5 minute walk from 2nd Street in one direction and a 5 minute walk to the beach and Belmont Pier in the other. Entire duplex was remodeled prior to moving in last year so it’s all new and upgraded amenities including windows, shutters, ceiling fans, full kitchen and bathroom remodels. The duplex has our own laundry, garage and yard around the house. No pets allowed and no smoking (including marijuana) in the unit per the landlord.

The shared living space and dining room are furnished but this is your home to use of all common areas and amenities! Ideal roommate is professional, clean, respectful, but also welcome to entertain guests, take care of the house and make yourself at home.
