Quiet location that is ideal for commuters: -2-minute walk to bus stop to Port Authority -10-minute walk to the Light Rail -12-minute walk to the PATH -Close to restaurants (Grand Vin is next door), gyms and one block from ACME

Looking for a male roommate who is in his mid 20s/early 30s with similar interests. Ideally clean, respectful and responsible. Prefer someone who is also taking precautions during COVID.

Lease details: Landlord is responsive and helpful. He will create a new lease upon move-in date.

The room is available October 1st, but move-in date is flexible (can start later)

About me: I am Rob, a friendly 29-year-old professional who works in Jersey City (currently WFH due to COVID). I prefer staying in, watching movies and playing video games.
