Williamsburg Drive

Currently in the Williamsburg Apartments on the East side of Hendersonville. The current rent is $1,050/month and I generally pay about $50 for water/pest/waste/etc. (split would usually be about $550 depending; Electrical is separate). I’m on a 12 month lease that will end June 20th, 2021. I personally like how close it is to the lake, plenty of grass (right next to a small dog park), and a screened-in balcony. The layout is pretty straight-forward 2 bedroom/2 bath (plenty of closet space in each room). I have a washer and dryer connected, furnished living room, WiFi and personal modem already set up, and a large dining room area. The complex has a pretty nice pool/grilling area, decent fitness room, and other amenities (which you can look up on their website for reference if you’d like). Water/pest/etc. is included in rent each month.

I’ve been living alone for about a year now (had a roommate most of my first year here and it would be nice to have help with rent moving forward). I have a dog (a Rottweiler/husky mix) who loves to play with just about anyone and anything. I love to cook, love music, game a bit, kayak/hike/etc., and other than that, I’m pretty content to just lounge around. I’m okay with a roommate who is to themselves, wants to be friends, or anything in between as long as we aren’t at wits ends and we can cohabitate just fine.
