In 2019, this house was built with comfort, intention, and community in mind. Tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Deltona, it quickly became more than just walls and a roof. It became a home. A place where busy professionals and laid-back creatives could reset, focus, and still feel connected. A space filled with good energy, shared moments in the common areas, and the freedom to enjoy privacy when needed.

I later moved to Orlando and rented the home out for a few years. Now, I’m stepping back in and taking the master bedroom as I intentionally work on the house and reset the energy of the space. I’ve been painting rooms, making repairs, and gradually bringing everything back to life with care and attention to detail.

I did consider selling the property, but I’m now leaning toward keeping it and continuing to build on what it’s already been. My current plan is to rent out rooms while I live here. At the moment, I’m only looking for one roommate to share the space and keep things comfortable and intentional. There is one additional room available right now, and if my situation changes and I decide to move out in the near future, I would transition the home into a full-room rental.

I do also have a dog who lives in the home. He’s a rescue with a lot of past trauma, and while he can be very sweet and affectionate, he can also be a bit reactive in certain situations. Because of that, I manage things carefully to make sure everyone in the home feels comfortable and safe. I currently let him roam the house, but if I have a roommate, I would likely keep him in my room at times when needed, just to play it safe and make sure everyone has a good living experience.

For now, it’s about restoring the space, living in it again, and finding the right person to share the home with.

I’m the only one living there currently, along with my dog. I do work from home and I’m also a content creator so I’m usually in creation mode working on music, projects, and different ideas throughout the day. I keep things pretty respectful and contained when it comes to noise and I use headphones when needed especially if I have someone else living in the home.

Right now only one room is available. I don’t plan on living there long term and when the time comes someone with the right energy and fit would have the opportunity to step into the master bedroom and carry that intention forward. If I do end up moving out in the near future I would likely transition the home into renting out all the rooms.

One of the rooms is currently set up as a small workout space since I’ve been spending time at the gym as well so there’s a bit of a flexible setup in the house right now depending on use.

I also like to keep the home clean and organized and I can only really live with people who are the same way and respect shared spaces.

The goal is to create a home that feels balanced respectful and aligned where everyone can do their own thing while still feeling good about where they live.
