An adorable brick townhouse right outside downtown Lancaster, in a beautiful suburb. Genuinely 2min from Route 30, Downtown Lancaster, Grocery store, Outlets, Restaurants, Etc.. A good size backyard with a fire pit and shed. Hardwood floors throughout. Bright and clean basement with storage space and laundry. Private bedroom with closet, shared bathroom. Bedroom shown is available. Currently painted in same yellow/cream as first floor, instead of blue. Rent includes Water, Trash, Sewer. Monthly Utilities are internet/cable and energy. Gas is paid a few times a year.

So hi, I’m Alli. I’m a relaxed, fun-loving, sarcastic goofball. I’m a 29yr old professional working downtown, and love to relax with some tv after work. Sometimes I’ll smoke weed (indoors) or drink after work. I’m looking for someone who also has a relaxed personality, responsible with their finances, cleans up after themselves and helps keep the house clean. The house does come with a lovely yard, so living here includes helping with mowing and snow removal from the walkway when required. Trust me, it’s easy with two people splitting it lol. I do have a cat, and am not looking to have any other fur babies in the house. Lastly, I would prefer to live with someone who is vaccinated. No judgement if you’re not, just my preference.
