• Maid service (included) cleaned common areas and bedroom floors. House is within walking distance of many restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, etc. The perfect location!

Please, no smoking inside the house. Our house is on a tranquil street in a safe neighborhood. No couples, please.

Rent is cash only. Rent includes everything: WIFI, heat, electricity, and maid service for common areas. If interested, please write back about yourself. You must have a job and be able to afford the rent comfortably.

About us:

I have an extra bedroom in my home for rent. You will be sharing a house with me and one other roommate. We are gay and straight friendly and accepting of all people. We are all professionals and appreciate a quiet home to retreat to after a days work (2 quiet and friendly cats share this home as well).

We respect each other, keep it drama free and mostly stay to ourselves, although we occasionally like to grab a bite to eat. I’m not looking for anyone who will bring guests home often or party at home.
