Hi, I am the current roommate that is looking for someone to sublet the rest of my lease (1 year from april 2020-april 2021, with option to resign).

Due to my job moving towards permanent work from home, i will be moving back home.

Looking for someone who is clean and professional to take over my lease. The rent is 1475/month + utilities which are usually $60/month. The building is a luxury apartment building on 100 marshall st, Located in a quiet part of town and right next to the bus station /light rail for easy transportation (15 minute walk to PATH).

There is a mail room and building manager who is very helpful with assisting any issues or questions that you may have. Laundry is located in the building too!

The apartment has large ceilings and is very well lit by sun during the day. There is also central air as well as new appliances in the kitchen.

With my room, you get a big walk in closet to fill, and a very large bedroom that fits a queen and a desk and tv stand.

The bathroom that is next to my room, is essentially mine, my roommate only uses the bathroom in her room. The bathroom next to mine is extremely large and modern.

Your roommate would be a 28 year old female, Chelsea, who works from home currently due to pandemic. She is very easy to get along with and has a tiny cat named Mochi. The cat is only 6 pounds and is usually resting, and is very friendly.

Chelsea is a very clean and laid back person, and is looking for someone similar.
