1 bedroom available in a 3br/2ba house in South Kissimmee (Poinciana, near Polk county), typically less than an hour from Disney. Individuals and couples welcome. Not appropriate for families as there are no child friendly areas in the home. The house is a rental, a background check is required by the rental company. Hard floors, fenced yard, parking on street. Pets in the home (there is some variety). There is a gate in place to keep animals out (it is not effective against the nosy cat, he does what he wants). Quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer access. Kitchen has a dishwasher. Some pics of current furry roommates included. Rent does not include electricity! All other utilities and maintainence fees are included!

A roommate is expected to communicate with us on a regular basis. Not required to be our best friend, just check in and be willing to actually get to know people. We do have warehouse memberships, so group shopping can be an option if interested.

About us. We’ve been married for 5yrs. I’m a behavior therapist and student. My husband works behind the scenes in entertainment, so his hours are everywhere. We have a dogs, cats and guinea pigs. All we ask of a roommate is to be nice to them (we actually had one who wasn’t), no required responsibilities related to them.
