Looking to rent 4-bedrooms in my home. Three of the bedrooms are on the second floor and one is in the basement. All tenants would have access to two living rooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, backyard, and plenty of parking space. Kitchen and one bathroom are in the brand new basement which has brand new kitchen appliances, and the other bathroom is on the second floor. Rooms are furnished with bed, dresser, and each has a closet. You are welcome to bring small personal furniture.

Per room $650+ 100 utilities $500 deposit. No pets no smoking/420.

I am single F professional in my 60s; live a busy lifestyle, clean and respectful I am also living in the home and looking for respectful and quiet tenants.

The home is located in Green Valley Ranch and is 15-mins from DIA, 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minute to Anschutz medical center, close to I-70 and I-225 entrances.

I have one tenant who works away from home 6am to 3pm. One tenant who also works in the home remotely. The household is very quiet and we all respect each others space and keep noise to a minimum. All tenants have TV in their rooms and pretty much keep to themselves.
