Suzanne's room

The room is a first floor bedroom with private bathroom and living area for your use. Common areas include the dining area and the kitchen. There is plenty of street parking as well as driveway parking. Washer and dryer is located in the basement and a fenced-in backyard is available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and neighbors are friendly and look out for each other.

I am a professional female in my late 30s with a five year old son that I have 50% of the time. I have an 8 year old German shepherd that doesn’t like cats but may get along with other dogs. I prefer a quiet house in the evenings as we go to bed early and wake up early during the work week. We practice social distancing guidelines when outside of the house. We wear masks and wash our hands frequently. I am looking for a housemate that does the same.
