The house is in south Austin in the vicinity of Manchaca and Slaughter Lane. It’s about 2500 sf with 4 bed rooms (one bedroom is an office/computer/study area), 2.5 bathrooms, 3 living areas, 2 dining areas and a fairly good sized kitchen, large fenced back yard and deck. The room for rent is about 10’ by 12’ , and has a small walk in closet. The room is unfurnished but could be furnished depending on what you are looking for. The house is pretty quiet and drama free, occasionally have a friend or two over for a Longhorn game or to celebrate holiday or birthday. The house is dog friendly with a fenced back yard and located across the street from a dog park.

I’m (Greg) currently working from home but generally work out of town when I’m on a project. I’m usually gone about 3 to 4 weeks at a time and come home over a weekend to mow the yard or work around the house. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, do home or yard improvement projects or meet friends out for for a drink or bite to eat.

Georgina also lives in the house and works for a dentist. We have been roommates for about 3 years

Currently looking for another roommate, so there would be a total of 3 people living in the house eventually.

Utilities are included up to $375 and include water, electric, internet, gas, pest control and garbage . If utilities exceed $375 we split the difference 2 or 3 ways depending on how may roommates are in the house.

Just a heads up, I usually run a background check on potential roommates and have no objection if you want to run one on me.
