The home has 2 kitchens and glass enclosed area for year round use A/C in the summer and Heat in winter. Backyard has fruit trees, Garden paths, exotic plants, front yard includes outdoor statuary, fountains and pristine setting. It is located on Houston’s North side in Spring close to the Woodlands with easy access to Interstate 45 and for downtowners Rankin road park and ride that takes you downtown via express bus during rush hour. We are both retired and spend part of our time in our home in another country. I am a retired VP of a USA company my wife Is retired from government where she served as Press secretary to the President and has currently served a temporary assignment for the Prime Minister. We have helped others to get established in Houston or provide a home environment while here on a temporary assignment. The roommates that have become established in Houston remain friends and we visit or play golf on a regular basis while we are in the USA. We would prefer a commitment of a minimum 6 month’s and even better longer term without a formal lease agreement only 30 day notice. However, If you are relocating to Houston and you family is in another state while you sell your home and you are not sure how long you need our facility then we would also consider a shorter term as we have helped executives in the past transition to a new life in Houston.
The previous occupant was a Sales executive from California who just received a promotion to regional President in another state. The roommate in the home is an Engineer overseeing a major highway construction project currently underway. he will be returning home after completion. This is a quiet serene setting abundant in nature in a suburban setting.
