About the room
Fully furnished room available in a new, clean home. Rent includes all utilities (water, trash, electricity, fiber internet with LAN) and bi-weekly cleaning service. The house is centrally located near Nike, Intel, Beaverton Creek MAX Station, Costco, TV Hwy, and Hwy 217. Both short term and long term lease options are available.
I’m looking for a quiet professional to share the house with. Currently there are three others living in the house as well. All roommates are quiet, respectful, and clean. The common areas (kitchen living room, dining room, garage) are available to all roommates.
NOTE: mattress and bedding are also included. I just don’t have a picture at this time.
