Hi! If you’re looking for a room in Auburn, there are two available rooms in this lovely 4br/4ba apartment at Samford Square. Each room has its own separate, private bathroom. The apartment comes fully furnished with 2 great roommates, a very cute cat, awesome amenities and more.

There’s no security deposit or move in fees and I can offer you a discount off the first month’s rent. Rent is only $399 and includes wifi, cable, trash pickup, and covered parking. Everything except power and water, which is pretty cheap divided four ways. The lease for each room is 12 months, but willing to sublet for just the Fall.

Both of the women currently living here are very nice and friendly. They’d preferred female roommates and are obviously very pet friendly. Reply here or message me if you’re interested in one or both rooms because I’d be super happy to help you out.

This has come up a lot, so I think it’s better to be clear. Usually, you apply on Samford Square’s website and whether you sublet or relet, they do a credit check. You either need to have a credit score of at least 625 or a guarantor/cosigner who does. If you have either of those and want the room, then we’re golden.
