Electricity, gas and water included as well as Wi-Fi. Room has a Smart TV for streaming (no cable) and a Sonos sound system for digital music. Netflix and PBS Passport and other wi-fi streaming included. The room has a desk, desk lamp and chair and a large wall-to-wall closet. The kitchen has multiple ovens and all appliances plus space for culinary needs. Use of kitchen supplies included. The gym is equipped with a Stairmaster, a treadmill, a multiple exercise machine, a sit-up board and weights. Game room has a ping-pong table . Cat friendly (1 cat only). Access to outdoor patios, storage and off-street parking. This nine-room home is 3.5 miles from I-95. Background check, credit report and proof of employment and/or school enrollment required. Only Non-smokers should apply. No dogs. Monthly maid service is included. A cleaning fee in the amount of $100 is due upon occupancy. With the exception of the cleaning fee, all other services/utilities are included in the monthly rent.

Owner’s interests include theatre performances, concerts, reading, music, skiing, sports cars, gardening, & travel. Owner’s quarters are on 1st floor at opposite end of the home. A second roomie is a nurse who shares the second floor bathroom.
