It’s a big bedroom on the basement level with a huge closet that has built ins. Room is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, and table. 3 story house with a fenced back yard. One mile away from the Bremerton Ferry and shipyard. Parking would need to be on the street and is not a problem. I have a dog. No pets please. Have had 7 past tenants and will require an in person interview.

Looking for a roommate with similar values or it’s not going to work. I am an extroverted introvert. I like my private space to decompress and recharge but also enjoy conversation and connection. Looking for someone to rent out a room who is military and has guaranteed monthly income. Someone who doesn’t cook/use the kitchen is a huge plus. No drugs, weed or cigarettes allowed or parties. I own this home and it means a lot to me, I ask that you take care of it as if it’s your own and we will get along incredibly if you respect that :)!
