Citlaly's room

5 bedroom house with 3 baths has 2 rooms available for one year lease. No pets, no smoking of any kind, street parking, no laundry, private backyard and deck. The house is spacious enough for all the roommates with three common areas on the main level that would a living room, dining room and kitchen. The room has a dresser, closet, queen bed, a small private living room area and shared bathroom. One person per room only.

Although there will be five of us our schedules align differently and almost always tend to be in our rooms but we are all friendly! I do have a dog but he is hypoallergenic and that will be the only pet allowed.
