Beautiful El Segundo suburbs. A mile from Dockweiler Beach. A block from Imperial Highway, close to 405/105. Back garage is turned into a second lounge area to have multiple spaces to be in, with a mat too for working out, and also included a desk for studying. Big grass backyard with a patio. Bedroom is a pretty nice size about 9 ft x 13 ft. Shared bathroom with two other rooms. Decent kitchen, decent living room, hardwood floors. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoy keeping the place neat and clean.

3 professional guys. Doug is a bartender at Yardhouse, Scott is a pro golf caddy, and I (Matt) am an apprentice electrician. We all work throughout the week and tend to socialize briefly just when we cross paths, and/or may go out to eat together. Also an older rescue boxer dog named Gigi lives with us. Shes super sweet, doesnt ever bark.
