I am looking for a roommate to share this condo with. If interested, you would be sharing this Condo with me for a year lease.

About the space You would pay $1300+utilities. Move in date can be flexible but as early as September. This is a gated community and considered a luxury condo, with a pool and gym. You would get a private room and bathroom that has our shared washer dryer. The room can accommodate up to a queen sized bed. We would share the kitchen, living room and balcony and you will get a dedicated parking spot.

The place will be unfurnished as I would also be moving in around the same time. I will be supplying the majority of the common space furniture, such as living room set and many kitchen essentials: such has dish ware and over all cooking supplies. You are of course welcome to bring/ add on anything else. Any duplicates we might have we can decide which to use and store the other for safe keeping. The people who currently occupy the home are close friends of mine that will be handing off the lease to me and whoever I find to take over the unit.

A little about myself: I am a female, in my early 30’s who is a Bay Area native. I have a 3 1/2 year old dog you would be sharing common spaces with. I work for a local tech company and love being outdoors hiking or at the park. I enjoy drinking socially, experimenting with cooking and spend a lot of time with friends and family when I am not working. My dog is medium sized cute and fluffy. She is spayed, house trained and well behaved - most often spends her day sleeping. I like to have a clean home, so want to find someone who is able to maintain that in our common spaces. I can be private but also enjoy having a good time. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, I do test for COVID weekly and am happy to share results with you if you have concerns.

What I am looking for: Someone who is down to earth and able to maintain a clean home with me. Financially stable, able to make shared payments on time and responsible. Ideally someone who is willing to be social with my dog rather than simply existing with her. You would not be expected to share responsibilities to care for her, but it would be nice to find someone who can greet her the same way she would greet you (with excitement and lots of love). Overnight guests are okay as long as it’s temporary and not a normal pattern - I’m not interested in a 3rd roommate. If you can help keep our place clean, COVID free and pay rent on time - then I’m a happy camper.
