The home is a charming, fun, spotless open layout with 4 bedrooms and an office on a safe, family friendly cul-de-sac.

Enjoy high ceilings and wood floors in all rooms (except tile in the bathrooms). Create culinary masterpieces in the large open kitchen with new appliances. Bang on the old piano. Enjoy a quiet working environment from the shared office, which includes laser printer/scanner and large computer monitor. And finally relax on the large lanai/patio with outdoor furniture, a grill and visiting rabbits, squirrels, blue jays, cardinals, painted buntings and an occasional otter or possum.

The home is fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs, 3’ door openings and a roll in shower with bench seat in the quest bathroom.

For the first time ever I am renting my MASTER SUITE, which includes a private entrance, king-size bed, fireplace, walk-in closet and a private bathroom spa with massage shower, two sinks and roman soaking tub. This rent is $1,600/mth (see the light blue adventure room photos).

The room rental includes:

• Occasional use of my red 4 door Jeep Wrangler when it’s in town!
• A double kayak to enjoy world-class waterways.
• A double hammock to relax under the palm trees.
• A surfboard and Stand Up Paddle board to ride the waves.

• Beach cooler, chairs, towels, etc.
• Free HDTV with streaming apps and hundreds of HD cable channels.
• Free High speed Wi-Fi Internet.

Annually voted one of the BEST FAMILY NEIGHBORHOODS in Naples Florida, my neighborhood is a pet friendly, gated community located only 8 miles to the Gulf of Mexico and Naples beautiful white sugar sand beaches.

• A HIGH SCHOOL with ball fields, tennis courts, football games, band concerts, theater performances and a scenic walk to school.

• A WATER PARK with 2 big crazy slides, a giant kiddie pool with “cool” fountains. There is an Olympic lap pool, high dives platforms, spring diving boards and swimming/life guard instruction.

Lease Details:
