The home is a charming, fun, spotless open layout with 4 bedrooms and an office on a safe, family friendly cul-de-sac.

Enjoy high ceilings and wood floors in all rooms (except tile in the bathrooms). Create culinary masterpieces in the large open kitchen with new appliances. Bang on the old piano. Or relax on the large lanai/patio with outdoor furniture and a grill.

The home is fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs, 3’ door openings and a roll in shower with bench seat.

Your choice of rooms are: #1 The MASTER SUITE, which includes a private entrance, king-size bed, fireplace, walk-in closet and a private bathroom spa with massage shower, two sinks and roman tub. This rent is $1,600/mth (see the light blue adventure room photos). #2 The BLUE BEDROOM is rented. It’s the 2nd biggest bedroom and has a shared bathroom. The rent is $1,200/mth (see the darker blue bedroom photos). #3 The CREAM BEDROOM is rented. It’s slightly smaller than the blue bedroom and shares a bathroom. $1,100/mth. #4 The GREEN BEDREOOM is rented for $800/mth.

All room rentals includes:

• Occasional use of my red 4 door Jeep Wrangler when it’s in town!
• A double kayak to enjoy world-class waterways.
• A double hammock to relax under the palm trees.
• A surfboard and Stand Up Paddle board to ride the waves.
• A beach cruiser bike.
• Beach cooler, chairs, towels, etc.
• HDTV with streaming apps and hundreds of HD cable channels.
• High speed Wi-Fi Internet.
