2nd Avenue

I am a professional designer with a full time job. I spend most of my days/nights packed with activity. I typically leave the house around 9am and get back around 8pm. I go to the gym, practice yoga, dance, and go out to dinner with friends. During the weekends I enjoy hiking and the occasional run on a beach. I also go out dancing and occasionally stay over at friends houses. I am a very chill person who is looking for a responsible, laid back, professional - who is able to keep shared areas relatively clean, can keep lines of communication open, and is considerate and respectful. No preference on male or female, looking for best fit!

The entire apartment has wood flooring, beautiful moldings and a nice layout. The room available is very spacious. It has a bay window that looks over the main street. There are many walls where the bed can be placed. There is a shared bath in the apartment but the toilet has a separate room from the tub/shower and sink vanity.

There is a huge living room which we can furnish overtime together. The apartment has a wide hallway and a good layout. The kitchen isn’t huge, but it is very practical. The apartment building is very nice and well maintained. Located in a great, clean, quiet neighborhood, just walking distance from the bus lines as well as many restaurants on Clement.
