Rent includes a space in the enclosed garage with garage-door remote, for extra security and complete shade during the hot months. Great location close to El Cajon Blvd and I-8. Only a 5 minute walk to SDSU campus and a 3 minute walk to Señor Pancho taco shop! There are 6 other roommates, but the house is almost 3,000 square feet (6 bedrooms) and only one-story, so all the rooms are large and super spread out and I never even notice my roommates are home. They are all kind, respectful and quiet. There are two fridges, one conveniently located outside my bedroom door. The attached bath is shared with two other clean, quiet girls. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink area, as well, so there are never any problems sharing the space.

Asking $800 and it is further negotiable. Please no couples, families, etc. as the space is only available for ONE person; however overnight guests are no problem at all.
