Rikka's room

VERY SPACIOUS ROOM Your new home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a nice kitchen, a gym and plenty of parking. We remodeled to include all-new laminate flooring, carpet, paint, and much more. It is awesome! We have a huge patio, a nice yard, and a SHE shed! Utilities are included plus cable and internet. The home is already furnished, but your bedroom is all yours to furnish and decorate to your taste. The home is located close to CU Medical Campus, Light Rail, retail, and plenty of resturaunts!

Your room is very spacious! It is located in the basement and you have your own bathroom that is attached to the laundry room!

I’m Rikka. I have a very sweet, small, hypoallergenic well-behaved dog. Everyone loves Tilli! I’m a Minnesota Viking fan. I like to sing, exercise, hike, and I’m a 3-time legionnaire Tough Mudder. I am available to meet with you any time after 4 pm during the week and on weekends.

Shelby and I are teachers and Haley works in a medical research lab at CU. We enjoy walks, games, and movies. We also enjoy some time to ourselves. Haley is from Pennsylvania and Shelby is from Minnesota.
