VERY SPACIOUS ROOM Your new home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a nice kitchen, a gym and plenty of parking. We have a huge patio, a nice yard, and a SHE shed! Utilities and internet included. The home is already furnished, but your bedroom is all yours to furnish and decorate to your taste. The home is located close to CU Medical Campus, Light Rail, retail, and plenty of restaurants!

Your room is very spacious! It is located in the basement and you have your own bathroom that is attached to the laundry room!

I’m Rikka. I have a very sweet, small, hypoallergenic well-behaved dog. Everyone loves Tilli! I’m a Minnesota Viking fan. I like to sing, run and hike. I am available to meet with you any time after 4 pm during the week and on weekends.

Haley works in a medical research lab at CU. We enjoy paddleboarding, games, and movies. We also enjoy some time to ourselves.
