About the room
The apartment complex is gated and right across from Laney College and about a 10 minute walk from Lake Merritt/ BART. There is a community garden, on site laundry, and a callbox to make deliveries easier in light of COVID.
The room itself is super spacious in a two story apartment with your very own private bathroom across the hallway from the room. There is an additional attached L-shaped space that can easily be turned into a home office with a couch/white dresser that can be yours if you would like it. Storage closet right next to the room on the second floor of the apartment. The room is ok the third floor of the apartment complex- accessible by stairs.
About the roomies
Roommate #1: Works from home, very quiet and stays to himself for most of the time.
Roommate #2: works at a garden with minimal contact with others.
The space is very quiet and the walls are thick, so you will not have any trouble sleeping or focusing on work! :-)
