Shoreline Drive

Hello, I have one private furnished room and one bathroom available in a two bedroom two bathroom condo for a single female. This community used to be a resort and was just converted into condominium. Great location and lots of space to park. I am the owner of the condo and will be sharing the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and patio. I am an undergrad UCSD human biology major, in my third year. The community is called Lucera at UTC. Super close to UTC and a ten minute drive to La Jolla Cove and La Jolla Shores. About 3 miles from UCSD as well. There’s a 204 bus station right outside the community which goes to UTC transit center. The community is also right next to 805, very convenient to go anywhere. The room includes a queen size bed, a bookcase, a table, a couch, and office chair, as well as a private bathroom. Rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and phone. The community has two pools, two spas, a tennis court, basketball court, racquetball court, two gyms, and free parking space anywhere in the community. No smoking, no drugs, and no drinking please. Small dogs are ok as long as you are ok with keeping him/her off of furniture. I will charge $50 per month per dog. There’s a $20 per night fee per person for friends staying overnight.
