I do not currently have a move in date. The tenant renting the 3rd bedroom is a short stay potentially 3 months.

12 min drive to downtown Ventura, 15 min drive to Camarillo, 15-20 min drive to Oxnard

Bedroom: Large Closet with hanging space/storage shelves, ceiling fan, carpeted

Clean home, safe environment, respectful roommates, mature space.

Purchase of renters insurance required by Landlord.

Hi, my names Blake 30 years old, other roomie Tori (female) is a 26 year old. I’ve lived here for 5 years. My work schedule includes night/days. Free time I stay active with my dog. He is crate trained and likes to lounge. If I’m working with my special needs kids during the day he will stay home.

Tori’s a dog groomer and works M-F, always takes her dog with her to work.

Our two dogs are best buds. Quite the pair honestly.

We cannot unfortunately house anymore pets. No Cats/Dogs sorry.

We don’t allow our pets in others personal space. We work on training with our dogs daily.

Simple place that is ideal for working individuals with a busy schedule. It’s quiet and clean! We both are pleasant people to be around and have a great relationship.

I keep up on most house duties and only ask to pick up after yourself and leave the space clean for the next person.

Past roommates usual rental stay has been 1-3 years. I’ve built great relationship that still remain friendships after renters moved out. I’m easy to get along with as well as the other roommate. We stay in our own lane. If you’re a private person we respect that, as we are equally.
