This is an apartment complex in Olathe, KS. It sits a ways back from the road, so no traffic noise. It is close to shopping, theaters, grocery and KU & JCCC colleges. It is a clean quiet apartment. It has a huge yard with tennis and basketball courts. The office has a room for exercise. It has 1.5 bathrooms. We would share the shower only in the big bathroom. The room comes furnished with queen bed, two dressers and night stand. I am easy going, respectful person. Would like someone that is respectful of person and home. No bigots or prejudice allowed. Must be financially responsible and mature.
