I own the place and keep on top of all supplies, general cleaning and any repairs. One lucky female roommate already calls this place home. Someone usually around either cooking in the kitchen, watching the game, chilling to tunes, or chatting & un-wine-ding at the end of a busy day! The vibe is usually pretty chill, even weekends when folks are usually out & about, but it’s a great place to bring friends to.
