I am looking for a girl roommate for the first floor 12ft × 15ft bedroom with a 2ft x 6ft bedroom closet and attached bathroom. If you have a small car, you can park it in the detached garage. The unit has a furnished living room as well as a washer and dryer among other appliances. The unit also has a little patio area out front. It is also nearby two different bus lines to UC Davis. Rent is $1200/month including utilities and the deposit is $2000.

I am a second year vet school and have a 21lb dog named Shadow. Shadow is quiet and friendly, but per the landlord’s request, no additional cat/dogs will be allowed. I’m a pretty quiet roommate, I’m often studying, but I am outgoing and enjoy things outside school. I might not be the most organized, but I ensure my space is clean and hygienic. I’m looking for a roommate who is also quiet and studies frequently so we both don’t have to worry about our studies.
