About the room
A private room with a shared bath. Maid service provided weekly which cleans common areas and bathrooms.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The room is on the main level of a ranch style home. It has a spacious walk-in closet and the bathroom across the hall would be shared with another roommate. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished for your use.
You would have a spot in the garage for parking. You would have a shared living room, dining room, laundry and kitchen area.
No smoking, no marijuana allowed on the premises, no pets.
A background and credit check will be required.
About the roomies
All roommates in the house will be females. We own the house and rent out the rooms individually. We prefer quiet respectful individuals that are either students or professional working adults.
