1 master bedroom available with private bathroom and parking spot. The room and parking will be shared with one other person($650 each person). Unless one person is willing to take it for $1300. Full access to kitchen, living room, and patio. It is a downstairs apartment, where I have lived for the past two years. Street parking is no problem, as we are in a mostly housed neighborhood, but I will never use the parking space. Guests and couples are okay. Your name will be added to the lease, but rent price is non-negotiable. Water, wifi, gas, and sewage will be split 3 ways. Walking distance to LBCC and easy 10 min drive to CSULB.

I am female in mid 20’s looking for someone to rent the master bedroom in my apartment. I work and go to school full-time, so I will hardly be home due to my busy schedule. I am looking for someone to rent the room long term for a few years possibly. I am very friendly/social, but will keep to myself when needed. I always clean and pick up after myself and expect you to do the same. I do not smoke nor do I have any pets. I am looking for someone to possibly move in around August or October 2021.
